Paul Setters

Paul Frederick Setters (85) went to be with the Lord on August 3, 2024, having family lovingly by his side. Born to Charles and Anne Setters of Vanceburg, Kentucky, Paul lived most of his early adult life in Baltimore, Maryland and his later years in Etowah, Tennessee.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Anne Setters; son, William Bruce; brothers, Edward, Eugene, John, Henry, Charles and a sister Elsie Mae; great grandson, Elyjah, and son-n-law Robert.

Paul's legacy will continue through his large loving family; wife, Sharon Lou; son, Douglas; daughter, Chantay; son, Ken (wife Donna); daughter, Peggy Sue; son, Matthew (wife Amanda); daughter, Sara (husband Ronnie); daughter, Julianna (husband Humberto); and daughter-in-law, Wendy. He also had 17 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and a multitude of nieces and nephews.

There will be a Memorial Visitation on Friday, August 9, 2024 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Companion Funeral & Cremation Service, 400 S. White St., Athens, TN 37303.
