Paul Bauer

Paul Bauer, 65, passed away August 3^rd surrounded by his loving family. Paul was a fabulous artist of many mediums, was a wonderful teacher and shared his artistry freely.

He secured two fine arts degrees from Indiana State University / Terre Haute during which he was an adjunct professor of Art History, a member of Phi Kappa Phi, wrote for, designed, and published the Tunnel Times school newspaper. All the while playing guitar, writing songs, and singing in a few local bands.

He was the Assistant Properties Manager for the prestigious Children's Theatre Company in Minneapolis, MN and the Company Manager for the renowned Actors Theatre of Louisville, KY.

He is survived by his spouse Elizabeth; his stepdaughter, Valene Lykens, and her husband Andrew Lykens; his stepson, William Pauly and his spouse, Andrea Shea Pauly and their children, Rowan J. and Wm. Ryken Pauly. Brothers, Dave Bauer and his spouse Laura Bauer, Marc Bauer and his spouse Pamela Bauer, Don Bauer and his spouse Karen Bauer with their son Adam Bauer, his spouse Breann Bauer, and their grandson Graham Bauer.

Paul Douglas Bauer was an honest, thoughtful, and caring man. Rest in Peace.
