Patsy Mcbride

Patsy McBride, 70, of Cleveland, TN, beloved mother, and Nanny, entered into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, June 11,2023. Patsy was born in Vidalia, GA on February 23, 1953, to Arlin and Opal Bridges. She was one of seven children, and the only remaining survivor of the seven children.

She was a Christian and loved the Lord and her family with all her heart. We take comfort in knowing she is healed and will suffer no more.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Ray Bridges, Judy Bridges, William Bridges, Jimmy Bridges, Cathy Gann, and Carol Jackson.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughters Dawn (Chuck) Harp, and Devin (Oz) McBride; grandchildren, Haley (Stratos) Lay, Kalei McBride-Baine, Hanna Pennick, Aaron Pennick, Jayden Harp, Ashlee Ervine, and Bryleah Pennick; her great grandchildren, Nova and Berkley Lay, all of Cleveland, TN.

Patsy is also survived by her forever father and mother-in-law, Gene, and Carlene McBride, of Mt. Vernon, GA, and longtime friend and caregiver, Jose Chavez, as well as her beloved chihuahua, Bella, along with a host of nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express heartfelt gratitude to Bradley Healthcare and Ginger Hudgins and Julie Hicks for their care of Patsy during her final weeks on earth.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 6:00 pm. The family will be receiving friends from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm prior to the service.
