Patricia Woods

Patricia S. Swallows Woods, a resident of Cleveland, TN, passed from death to eternal life on Friday, October 18, 2024 at her home. She was born in Cleveland, TN, to the late Bernice Hensley Swallows and Clyde Swallows. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her daughter, Amanda Suzanne Woods on July 10, 1983. Patricia was a member of the Mt. Olive COG Ministries. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Phillip Keith Woods; her son Joshua K. Woods (Danielle Self Woods); grandchildren Joshua K. Woods, Jr., Eleanor G. Woods and Amelia M. Woods; her siblings Mary Swallows Brewer, Kenneth (Bud) Swallows, John W. Swallows, Joey C. Swallows, David A. Swallows all of Cleveland, Gordon C. Swallows of Riceville; as well as nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 5-7 pm at Companion Funeral Home, Ridge Sanctuary, 2412 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN. The Remembrance of Life service will follow at 7 pm, with Pastors Gary Sears and James Sears officiating. Burial will take place at 11 am on Friday, October 25, 2024 at Mt. Olive Church of God Cemetery, 3296 Harrison Pike, Cleveland, TN 37311. The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in Patricia's honor to "The Clay Jar" Helping Hands ministry to Mt. Olive Ministries, 3522 Harrison Pike W, Cleveland, TN, 37311.
