Patricia Ann Hall Spears

Pat Spears, age 76, of Soddy Daisy, TN, went to be with our Lord and Savior after battling dementia for several years. Pat was born in Asheville, North Carolina, to James and Freida Hall. 

A graduate from Bob Jones University, with a degree in education, Pat taught high school biology and worked in children’s ministries throughout Florida and Tennessee. 

Pat and her husband, Tom, met in the “happiest place on Earth” at Disney World. They went on to have two children, Bryan Thomas and Kenneth LeBron. In 2005, Pat retired and found joy in spending time with her family and activities that served the Lord. 

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, James and Freida Hall. She is survived by her husband of nearly 50 years, Tom Spears, and children Bryan and Kenny (Beth) Spears. There will be a Celebration of Life service at their home church, Soddy Daisy First Baptist, 8/19/23 at 2:00pm, following visitation at 1:00pm. 

If desired, monetary donations can be made to Compassion International for Bibles for children or to the Alzheimer's Association in hopes for a cure.
