Patricia Gail Tracey Collins

Patricia Gail Tracy Collins, 81, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on August 24^th, 2023 at her home. Pat was born January 4, 1942 a daughter of the late Frank and Gertrude Tracy.  Patricia graduated from Bradley Central High School and she worked for 42 years for the Cleveland City School System.  She was also the owner and operator of Lace Emporium, which was established in September of 1985.  With this business, Patricia handled many local and out of state weddings and catering events. 

She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and was an active member in the local community and church.  Patricia was a member of First Baptist Church of Cleveland.  She was married to her loving and devoted husband of fifty-two years, Billy Collins. 

Patricia leaves behind to cherish her memory, four children: Kevin Herman Forester Collins and his wife Deborah Johnson Collins, Kelli Collins Bergin, Kristi Collins-Smith, Jon Kristian Collins and his wife Karen Emrey Collins, grandchildren: Nicole Duckett (Kolby), Rob Gary (Tasha), Summer Collins Wright (Kaleb), Brian “Mac” Massengill (Brooke), Billy Richard Massengill (Peyton), and Madeleine Swann (Tanner), James Herman Collins, Katelynn Jewel Collins and twelve great grandchildren. Her sister: Joan Tracy Baker, sister-in-law Kay Collins Holden and her husband John, special friend Jo Thurman along with numerous other extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends and family Monday, August 28^th, 2023 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM with a service to follow at Mount Olive Ministries located at 3522 Harrison Pike in Cleveland, TN with Pastor Gary Sears officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to either Mount Olive Ministries or First Baptist Church.
