Patricia Ann Shell

Patricia Ann Shell, 76, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Tuesday, July 11th, 2017 at Life Care Center of Cleveland. She was born on May 23rd, 1941 in McCaysville, GA a daughter of the later Harvey & Mattie Chastain.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Harold L. Shell, siblings Harvey C. Chastain, Parks Chastain, Geraldine Grubbs, Betty Johnson, Hildred Darnell and Charlotte Freeman.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory brothers Thomas E. Chastain (Margaret) of Lauerns, SC, Emmett Chastain (Wilma) of Knoxville, TN and Douglas Chastain (Cathy) of Cleveland, TN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family members and close friends. The family would like to thank the entire staff of Life Care Center of Cleveland for the excellent care provided to Patricia over the past several years.
A graveside celebration of her life is planned for Friday, July 14th, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Chattanooga National Cemetery with the Reverend Johnny Hood officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM in the funeral home parlor.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made in Patricia’s memory to Life Care Center of Cleveland’s Activities Fund.
