Oather Alex Morgan Jr., 57, of Chattanooga, TN passed away on April 9, 2016. He was born on June 13, 1958 to the late Oather Alex Morgan Sr. and Flora Jean Morgan. He was of the Baptist faith and an avid TN Vols, Atlanta Braves, and Minnesota Vikings Fan. He also loved coaching his children’s ball teams.
In addition to his mother and father, he is preceded in death by his stepfather Jimmy Walker; brother Freddy Morgan, and sister Faye Parks.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory two sons: Cliff Morgan (Stacy) and Shawn Morgan (Sharon); daughter Amanda Johnson (James); brothers Donnie Morgan (Abbie), Eddie Morgan, Charlie Morgan (Karen), and Michael Morgan (Donna); sister Missy Carlton (Ashley); grandchildren: Scout Morgan, Tatum Morgan, Keilyn Morgan, Pressley Morgan, Isaiah Kennedy, Jason Kennedy, Jacob Morgan, and McKenzy Cunningham.
A Private Family Memorial Service will be held Friday, April 15, 2016.
