Nona Bryan

January 24, 1950 — November 1, 2024

Nona Sue Hampton Bryan went to be with the Lord on November 1, 2024. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who touched the lives of many.

Nona dedicated much of her life to her work as a seamstress but found great joy in her later years as the cook and cashier at a local market, where her warm smile and kindness were cherished by all. Nona was a person of deep faith, drawing strength from her Christian beliefs.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 20 years, Charles Jerome Bryan; her father, A.C. Hampton; mother, Ozella Stiles; brothers, O'dell Hampton and Ronnie Hampton; and sister, Neoma Cantrell.

Nona is survived by her brother Ricky Hampton, children, Danny (Laura) Townsend, Sondra (Tony) Denton, Tammy Lowe, Julie Dean, Bobby Townsend, Sabrena (Toby) Norris, Kristi (Gordon) McGlynn, Melissa (Rich) Manley, and Angela (Jeremy) Davis, grandchildren Nicole (Vellis) Johnson, Justin (Tiffani) Denton, Jeramiah Denton, Dillon (Katie) Duff, Tiffany Martin, Havin and Gracie Buff, Tate and Laney Norris, Shayla Townsend, Travis (Mikayla) Townsend, Dalton Townsend, Kallee (Brandon) Moses, Robbie, Hunter and Brenna Davis, and many great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for her unwavering love and support.

The family will have a graveside service at Hampton Cemetery ,(located across the road from 733 County Road 415, Englewood, TN) on Tuesday, November 5th at 3:00pm with Pastor Tony Denton officiating.
