Noah Dakota Shelton

Noah Shelton, 21, of Rossville, GA, passed away July 19, 2021. He was born August 8, 1999, to Roxanna and Michael Shelton in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia. He was of the Baptist faith. Noah loved all sports. He wrestled all through middle and high school. Noah loved the great outdoors. He was always a happy person and loved everyone. Noah gave seven people the gift of life through organ donation, and he received a medal and flag to honor him for his donation. Noah will be greatly missed but will live on through others.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Bradley Shelton, of Rossville, GA; Mamaw (Deborah) & Papaw (Junior) Haney, of Chattanooga, TN; Grandpa Lawson (Willie) of Rossville, GA; uncles, Bill Lawson of Chickamauga, GA and Dennis Shelton, of Cleveland, TN; aunts, Grace Troutwine, of Chickamauga, GA and Twyla Shelton, of Rossville, GA; cousin, Wayne Troutwine, of Chattanooga, TN.

Survived by his parents, Michael and Roxanna Shelton; nephews, Bentley Beavers (8), Kadin Shelton (8), Kaleb Mathely (6), Jonah McClendon (7) and Kyser McClendon (4); nieces, Zoey Shelton (10), Sophia Beavers (7), and Brooklyn Esters (6); sisters, Savannah McClendon, of Ringgold, GA and Ashley Shelton, of Rossville, GA; a host of cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 30, 2021, from 4:00 PM-8:00 PM at Companion Funeral Home. A visitation will also be held on Saturday, July 31, 2021, from 2:00 PM-6:00 PM at Companion Funeral Home, followed by the service in the Companion Chapel at 6:00 PM with Brother Mike Gregg officiating.
