Obituary
Nathan Brent Free, 32, a resident of Chattanooga passed away at his residence on Friday, December 14, 2012. Nathan was born November 11, 1980 in Cleveland, MS a son of Walter Sr. and Robbie Free. A native of Mississippi had moved to make Chattanooga his home about ten years ago. He was of the Church of God faith. Nathan loved to sing, work with computers, and was an avid animal lover. He was a fun-loving person who never met a stranger. Roller coasters were his favorite ride. He had a love for cooking and his favorite was spaghetti. He had a special little friend “Trinity” who he said made him smile and she loved her Nathan as she called him.
Nathan is preceded in death by his grandparents Howard & Faye Free and Elgin & Mary Richardson, two brothers John Walter Free and Ronald Jo Free.
Nathan leaves behind to cherish his memory his parents Walter Sr. and Robbie Free of Cleveland, two brothers Ronnie Free (Melanie) of Cleveland, Jason Free (Michelle) of Munford AL, niece Ashlee Free, two nephews Cameron Free and Caleb Free, special aunt Miriam Guthrie of Cleveland, his beloved pet “Rascal”, and numerous other extended family members and friends.
A celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the South Cleveland Church of God located at 1846 Volunteer Drive SW Cleveland, TN 37311 with the Reverend Larry Evans officiating. Interment will follow in the Fort Hill Cemetery with Richie Rutherford, Johnathan Brewer, Clay Grigsby, Mike McDaniel, Don Young, and Dustin Guthrie serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until the 2:00 PM service time.
