Nancy Langston Gold of Chattanooga, Tennessee died unexpectedly on Saturday the 9th of February, 2019 at a local hospital. She was 66 years old. A Chattanooga native, Nancy was a graduate of Ooltewah High School and retired from the Tennessee Department of Transportation. Nancy was a loving mother, grandmother, and a good friend to many. She had a kind, caring soul who cared for others above herself.
She leaves behind many family members including her life partner; Bryant Williams, her daughter; Cynthia Beth King Brown (her spouse Whitney), her son; LCDR Benjamin E. Hixson (his spouse Theresa Cathleen), a grandson Jaxson D.N. Brown, her granddaughter Elise Carol Hixson and several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
The family will be holding a private memorial on the 2nd of March. Please call her daughter, Beth, at (423) 313- 2328 if you would like to attend the memorial.
