Nancy Ann Cornish

Nancy Ann Cornish, 67, of Cleveland, TN passed away surrounded by her family on May 19, 2021. She was born on July 10, 1953 to the late Charles Harold Lemons and Shirley Jo Newman Lemons. Nancy loved to read, solve crossword puzzles, paint by number, and was an excellent cook. Above all, she loved spending time with her family. Especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by her husband Wilbur Cornish and infant brother Randy Lemons.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children: Clarence Walden, Jeff Walden, and Michael Walden; siblings: Cathy Morrow (Randy), Kerrie Jones (Tony), Mary Ryan (Chris) of Dalton, GA and Lisa Lemons; stepchildren: Tim Cornish, Allen Cornish, and Alicia Calia; grandchildren: Drew, Madelyn, Brittany, Tiffany, Riley, Rylan, Izzy and Kayla; special aunt and Uncle Wilma Mills of Callahan, FL and Marshall Newman of Blairsville, GA; she also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
Nancy’s family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 7:00pm on Monday May 24, 2021 at Abundant Life Church located at 350 Hill Street Cleveland, TN 37311 with a celebration of life to follow at 7:00pm. Nancy will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Gardens on Tuesday May 25, 2021 at 11:00am.
