Mitchell Dale Meeks

Mitchell Dale Meeks, 65, a lifetime resident of Cleveland, Tn passed away on April 7, 2019 at Kindred Hospital in Chattanooga, Tn. Mitchell served his country in the U.S Army. He was an avid guitar player and enjoyed working on cars especially Mustangs. He loved to be outside in nature and cooking for his family. Most of all Mitchell was a family man and loved to be around his grandchildren who loved him dearly.
Mitchell is preceded in death by his parents James and Ruth Meeks. Left behind to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 40 years, Patricia Meeks; son Brad Meeks (Tany); daughters Lisa Meeks-Towe and Natalie Meeks; brother James “Jimmy” Meeks; sister Shirlene Hewitt; grandchildren Miranda Truelove, Chris Towe, Colton Towe, Shelby Meeks, Logan Meeks and Stephanie Meeks; great grandchildren Morgan Ploof and Raylan Ploof.
A celebration of life service will be taking place on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 4:00PM at Companion Funeral Home in Cleveland, TN.
