Mike Dewayne Bivens

Mike Dewayne Bivens, 52, of Cleveland, TN passed away on August 24, 2020. He was born on September 21, 1967 in Cleveland. Mike will forever be remembered as a tremendous family man who had a great sense of humor. He loved to restore cars, fishing, reading comics, Dr. Who and spending time in the mountains. Mike is also one who could always make you laugh.

He is preceded in death by his mother Barbara Bivens. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 11 years, Shirley Bivens; children: Amber Miller and son in law Kai Caton-Harris, Caitlin Miller, Ashley Melton, Misty Greene, Kayla Arron, and Amanda Hayes; siblings: Archie Bivens and Dalena Allen; grandchildren: Cameron Hartness, Torrence Hartness, Sara Hayes, Justin Hayes, Roxas Chappell, and Harmony Tapley. He also leaves behind great grandson Breadan Buhr. In addition to these he leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members and friends.

The family will receive friends from 10:00am until 12:00pm on Sunday August 30, 2020 at Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. A graveside service will be held at 12:30pm at Johnston Cemetery on Sunday.
