Obituary
Michelle Ann Swafford, 45, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Friday, March 6th, 2015 in a local hospital. She was born in Chattanooga, TN on August 6th, 1969.

Michelle is preceded in death by a grandmother Agnes Juanita Morgan.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother Edna Gregory, her husband Stephen Swafford, one daughter Samantha Swafford, one sister Crystal Torbett, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.

A memorial celebration of her life is planned for Thursday night, March 12th, 2015 at 7:00 PM in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown Road with the Reverend Tim Woody officiating. The family will receive friends in the chapel one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
