Michael Edward Rhodes

Michael Edward Rhodes, of Ooltewah, TN, passed away on April 11, 2017. He enjoyed fishin’, campin’, and being surrounded by friends and family and would always light up the room with his presence. He followed in his father’s footsteps with his career in heating & A.C. He gave his part by serving others. His passion was putting others first and himself last. He helped family, many friends, and many more strangers. He enjoyed working on “Sampson”, his ole truck, but the time he prized most was spending time with all of his grandchildren.
He is survived by his daughters, Tanya and Annie Mae Rhodes; his beautiful ladies, Carol Rhodes and Barbara Bailey; his best friend and neighbor, Mike Bradley, as well as many other family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 6:00pm until 8:00pm on Tuesday night, April 18, 2017 at Companion Funeral Home, located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN 37311.
A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday April 19, 2017 also at the funeral home.
He will be laid to rest following the service in the Collegedale Cemetery.
