Michael Czarick Jr.

Michael Czarick Jr., age 87, passed away on January 12, 2022. He was born in McAdoo, Pennsylvania and made his home in Rising Fawn, Georgia since 2002. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Patricia (Norman) and daughter Lisa Sibley, son Michael and wife Karen (Young), daughter Alison Coker and husband Timothy, son Matthew and wife Christine (Hanson), ten grandchildren, Forrest, Taft, Adams, Jackson, Mary-Corley, Pendleton, Katherine, Elizabeth, Michael, and Matthew (Tucker), and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Catherine (Kluscavage) of McAdoo, Pennsylvania.



Michael worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 45 years, living in Ohio, Illinois, Missouri, and Georgia over the course of his career. Since his retirement in 2000, he and Patricia enjoyed travel, (especially Alaska) and volunteering with Optimist Club and Friends of Cloudland Canyon. Michael was an avid outdoorsman (fishing, hunting, hiking, camping), loved gardening, spending time with his family, and of course walking his dog, Pumpkin.



Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 22 at Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church. The family will receive visitors at 2:00 pm and the service will begin at 3:00 pm.



In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Salvation Army or charity of your choice.
