Melody Carlene McDaniel, 49, of Philadelphia, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2022. Melody was born on January 2, 1973 in Athens, Tennessee to the late Art Ingram and Patricia Price. Melody was employed at the Tri-County Center for 20 years. She attended Westend Baptist Church; she also was a member of Glory Bound Quartet. She enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter, getting her nails done, early Christmas shopping, wearing jewelry on every finger, and Sonic Cokes.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Carl and Mary Lou King.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her two sons, Payton McDaniel, and Jonathan (Diamond) McDaniel; granddaughter, Kamber McDaniel; Special aunt Gail Dawson; along with a host of Nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, April 15, 2022 at 6:00 pm with Pastor Shane White officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm prior to the service.
