Mary Elizabeth Gilbride

Obituary
 Mary Elizabeth Gilbride, 76, a resident of Chattanooga passed away on Monday June 4, 2012 in a Chattanooga hospice facility. Mary was born on December 13, 1935 in Pittsburgh, PA a daughter of the late Charles and Mary Ethel Barr. Mary relocated and made Chattanooga her home a little over thirty ago. She was of the Baptist faith. Mary worked as a hostess and greeter at Bob Evans, the Edison, and the Gulas restaurants for many years before her retirement.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one daughter Mary DeAnne Gilbride, and two sons Raymond Gilbride, and Erik Gilbride.
Mary leaves behind to cherish her memory one daughter Medlee Gilbride of East Ridge, TN, two sons Daniel Gilbride of East Ridge, TN and John Gilbride of Harrison, TN, eleven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and numerous extend family members and friends.
A private family memorial service and interment will be held at a later date.
The family would like to thank Hospice of Chattanooga for the wonderful care they provide Ms. Gilbride and request that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to Hospice of Chattanooga in her memory.
