Martha Louise Shamblin

Martha Louise Shamblin, 85, of Charleston, TN passed away on October 17, 2019. She was born on January 10, 1934 to the late William Jennings McCamish and Genda Townsend McCamish. She enjoyed riding motorcycles and going to the mountains. Martha also loved going to Florida, cooking, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her mother and father; husband David Hershel Shamblin and sisters: Fay McCamish Parkison and Elanor McCamish Gauntly. She is also preceded in death by her daughter in law Brenda Shamblin.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son David Shamblin; siblings: Mae McCamish Thornburg and Mary McCamish Davis; grandchildren: Crockett Shamblin, Heath Shamblin (Callie), and Josh Shamblin (Angie); great grandchildren: Mattie Shamblin, Lake Shamblin, Colby Shamblin, Macy Shamblin, Brodie Shamblin, Landen Shamblin, and Graceson Knox Shamblin.
The family will receive friends from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. A graveside service will follow visitation at Calhoun Cemetery with Pastor Joe Dail officiating.
