Marjorie “Jo” Wills, 95, originally from Hayesville, NC, went to be with her Lord Sunday, December 8,2019 at a local healthcare facility. She has lived in Cleveland since she was a young child. She retired from Hardwick Clothes with 44 years of service in 1992. She loved her family especially her grandkids, great grandkids, friends, the Lady Vols and Bingo. Jo was a member of Big Springs Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mattie McClure; husband, Clinton Wills; siblings, Morris McClure, Quinton “Bud” McClure, Harold McClure, Ruth Moss and great grandson, Brad Wills.
Survived by her sons, Steve (Paula) Wills and Kevin (Melba) Wills; grandchildren, Jennie (Jeremy) White, Andy Wills, April Nelson and John Wills; great-grandchildren, Tucker White, Riley White, Landon White, Owen Nelson, Hayden Wills and Amber Wills; many nieces and nephews; honorary pall bearers, Tucker White, Riley White, Landon White, Hayden Wills and Owen Nelson; pallbearers, John Wills, Jeremy White, Andy Wills, Roger McClure, Bill McClure and Kenny Pierce. Special thanks to her personal caregivers, Hazel Lacy and Melba Anderson; the staff at Morningside of Cleveland and Karen West with Amedisys Home Health.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 from 4-7 PM at Big Springs Baptist Church with the service to follow at 7:00 PM with Pastor Daniel Malone and Michael Cawood officiating. Burial will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
