Margaret Ethel Gable

Margaret “Nannie” Gable passed away on Friday, April 26, 2019 surrounded by her loving daughter Leesa Gable Corum, son in law Eddie Corum, grandson Dru Gable and fiancé Tryston Nolan. She was born September 8, 1929 in Loudon, TN. She spent her lifetime in the Niota, TN area. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is preceded in death by the love of her life, husband Kenneth Edward Gable and son Larry Alan Gable both of Niota, parents William Thomas of Loudon, TN and Dora Ward Thomas Goodman Frisbie of Niota, brothers Johnny Thomas of Grafton, Ohio, Billy Ray and Jimmy Thomas both of Niota, sisters Ella Mae Black of Riceville and Mary Jean Wade of Ten Mile, TN, step fathers George H. Goodman and Stanley Frisbie both of Niota.
She is survived by daughter Leesa Gable Corum (Eddie), grandson Dru Gable and fiancé Tryston Nolen all of Athens. Sisters Bettye Paisley (Bill), Edna Sewell and Glenda Coleman (Fred), brother Bobby Goodman (Sue) all of Athens along with several loving nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will gather at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Loudon, TN at a later date for the interment and committal service with her brother in law Bill Paisley reading scriptures and prayers.
