Marcia Claudette Cochran

Marcia Claudette Cochran, 80, of Cleveland, TN passed away on June 21, 2022. She was born on August 22, 1941 to the late Rev. Claude Charles Russell and Pauline Black Russell. Claudette was a lifelong resident of this area. She loved dancing and listening to bluegrass music as well as traveling and seeing new places.

She is survived by her two daughters Tammy Hadorn (Kenneth) and Tracy Arp (Michael); grandchildren: Brandon Hadorn and Billy McClanahan; great granddaughter Winter McClanahan; special cousin: Sharon Jones of Athens and special friend Mitch Dickson.

Claudette’s family will receive friends from 11am until 1pm on Friday June 24th at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home with a funeral to follow at 1pm. They will also receive friends from 12pm until 1pm on Saturday June 25th at the Athens Chapel of Companion Funeral Home with burial to follow at Niota Cemetery.
