Lynville Duncan

Lynville David Duncan, 70, of Dalton, Ga passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023. David was born on April 24, 1953, in Oneida, TN to the late Hubert and Bernice Duncan. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends. David spent many years of his life doing missionary work and serving the Lord.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Odith Duncan; and his sister, Etta Thomas.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Carolyn Duncan of Dalton, GA.; children, David (Julie) Duncan of Bartow, FL., Tanya Duncan of Dalton Ga., Karen Duncan of Chatsworth, GA., and Tammy (Benny) Barnes of Riceville, TN.; his grandchildren, Stephen, Derek, Christopher, Haley, Dillon, Corey, Hannah, Katelyn, Marcus, Cole, Nicole, and Ashlynn; great grandchildren, Madison, Ava, Laila, and Carson; his siblings, William (Edna) Duncan of Chatsworth, GA., and James (Andrea) Duncan of Dalton, GA.; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on September 30th, 2023, at Good Hope Baptist Church at 3:00pm, located at 2521 Lake Francis Rd. NE, Dalton, GA 30721.
