Lucretia Diane Hastings-Kirkland

Lucretia “Meme” Diane Hastings-Kirkland, 54, of Cleveland, TN passed away on May 2, 2021. She was born on November 7, 1966 in Gastonia, North Carolina. She loved the beach, music, and online shopping. Most of all, she loved her family and spending time with them.
She is preceded in death by her father John Hastings; dad Lewis Brooks; and stepdad Thomas “Poppy” Ledford.; mother Susan Panther; and grandmother Zelda Hastings.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her stepmother Rose “Nana” Brooks; loving companion of 14 years Jessie Joiner; mother in law Virginia “Ginger” Joiner and husband Charles Honey; children: Patricia Austin (Sean Weber), Tyler Hastings (Samantha Perry), Jessica Brooks, Bobby Austin Jr. (Susan), Stephen Austin (Tanya), Seth Austin, and Darren Harris; stepchildren: Cassandra Youngs, Alan Youngs; sibilngs: Tammy Biddix (Jackie), Lori Huffstetler (Danny), Kirk Brooks (Audrey), Cher Hastings, and Scott Hastings (Tammy); grandchildren: Angel, Raven, Carrolann, Kiara “Monkey Butt”, Dixie, Rosie, Willow, Makayla, Izzy Rose, Ariya, and Baby Girl Marlena on the Way. In addition to these she leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
Lucretia’s family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 8:00pm on Saturday May 8, 2021 at Companion Funeral Home located at 2415 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311.
