Louise Elizabeth Ricks Myers

Louise Elizabeth Ricks Myers, 85, of Decatur, TN passed away on February 21, 2023. She was born on July 11, 1937 to the late Jimmy and Onie Ricks. Louise was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church. She spent most of her life in Meigs County, TN.

In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by her husband Clarence Willard Myers; daughter Penny Rene’ and Angel Marie; granddaughter Miranda Miles.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children: Dwight Roberts and Anthony Myers; grandchildren: David Elrod, Angela Roberts, Jamie Bunch, Joseph Bunch, Samantha Yates, and ten great grandchildren.

Louise’s family will receive friends from 1pm until 3pm on Friday February 24th at Good Hope Baptist Church in Decatur, TN with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 3pm. Rev. Bill Pearman will be officiating. She will be laid to rest following her service at Mountainview/Meigs Memorial Gardens in Decatur, TN.
