Lola Fern Wilson

Obituary
On July 1st, 2013 at 11:05 PM, God sent His angels to bring Lola Fern Wilson to her Heavenly home. She was born on February 18, 1919 to the late Lola Bell Kirby and Worth Rogers Sr. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Evertt Coy Wilson, her cherished brother and sister, Worth Rogers Jr. and Wylene Rogers-Day and also a great-grand daughter Ashley Bishop. As long as she was able, she faithfully attended Cleveland Cornerstone Church. She was a true homemaker who loved her family dearly.
She is survived by her four daughters Jane Richards, Susy (Richard) Bigham, Nancy (Jerry) Trotter and Sally (Allen) Lane, her grandchildren Lesa Johnson, Dana Richards, Barry Bigham, Scott Bigham, Chanda Ingram, Brian (Michele) Trotter, Curt (Renee) Trotter, Chris Trotter and Allison Jones; 15 great-grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. She is also survived by her two special nieces Martha Ann “Poppy” Day-Burton and Sara Day-Hatton.
Her family will receive friends on Friday July 5th from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM with a Celebration of her Life service beginning at 1:00 PM at Faith Memorial Church located at 910 17th Street in Cleveland, TN with her Pastor Herbert Conley officiating.
A graveside service and interment will follow at the Stock Hill Cemetery in the Dial community outside Blue Ridge, GA with Brian Trotter, Curt Trotter, Chris Trotter, Scott Bigham, Ellis Trotter and Tucker Jones serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Barry Bigham, Blake Bishop, Coy Trotter, Noah Johnson and Cole Trotter.
The family would like to extend appreciation to Mary McDonald and Patsy Sawyer, her special caregivers for the past year and to Hospice of Chattanooga for their awesome care.
