Lloyd Robert Arp

Lloyd Robert Arp, 91, passed away February 2, 2016 in Cleveland, TN. He was born September 22, 1924 in Sweet Gum, GA to the late Tom and Ceney Arp. Lloyd was a true music man. He enjoyed making music on his guitar and banjo. Lloyd could also tell a good story and liked taking care of his animals.

Along with his parents, Lloyd is preceded in death by two brothers, Wade and Hayden Arp; and two sisters, Flora Peak and Dorothy Wilcox.

Lloyd is survived by one brother, James Arp; one sister, Ruth Shelton and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Friday, February 5th, 2016 at 11:00am in Elrod Cemetery off of Hwy 294 near Hiwassee Dam Access Rd in Shoal Creek Township, NC.
