Obituary

Lisa Jo Bennett, 45, of Cleveland, TN passed away on March 25, 2015. She was born in Cleveland, TN on April 15, 1969 to the late William and Connie Lyles. Lisa spent some time in WV but has resided here for the past thirteen years. She enjoyed all types of crafts, specifically knitting and drawing. Above all things, Lisa will be remembered as a very loving, caring, and generous person who would help anyone in need. She was always compassionate toward others.

In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by her great grandmother Lois Gibbs.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 17 years, Michael Bennett, two daughters: Kherotee Bennett and Amanda Gatlin; son Thomas Bennett; grandmother Betty Merriman; aunt Neljo Mullins; cousin Angela Whitley; brother Michael Lyles; sister Carrie Lyles; five grandchildren: Shilah Gatlin, Lucas Gatlin, Gage Gatlin, Thomas Bennett II, and River Carden. In addition to these she leaves behind several other extended family members and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 6:00pm on Saturday March 28, 2015 at Community Hall Church located at 1305 6th St NE, Cleveland, TN 37311 with Rev. Guinn Green and Pastor Jeannie Cissom officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 1:00pm-6:00pm prior to the service.
