Lindy Ann Lynn Knox

Lindy Ann Lynn Knox, 43, of Etowah, Tennessee passed away on Friday, September 30, 2022. She was born on June 11, 1979 in Sweetwater, Tennessee to the late Dan Richard Lynn and Mattie Lou Reynolds Lynn. Lindy was always outspoken and thoroughly enjoyed making others laugh. In addition, she loved being outdoors, fishing, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.

Along with her parents, Lindy was preceded in death by her twin brother, Jimmy Lynn.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, William Austin Romine, Constance Leah (Josh) Congioloso, Danielle (Nid) Molathati, Melinda Ann Stiles, Terry Allen Knox; Angela Ann Knox, and Daniel V. Knox; ex-husband, Danny William Knox; sisters, Susan Ann (Todd) Franklin and Faye Lynn; 11 grandchildren; special friends, Allen and Lisa Walden, Ruby Jean Leatherwood; fiancé, Chuck Stewart; along with a host of extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life service for Lindy will be held on Friday, October 7, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at Companion Funeral Home of Athens. The family will be receiving friends from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. prior to the service.
