Linda Burns

Linda Burns, 72, of Cleveland, Tennessee passed away on November 26, 2024. Linda

was born on February 29, 1952 to the late Charles and Mary Ellen Cathey.

In addition to her mother and father, she was preceded in death by her husband,

William R. Burns; several brothers and sisters; as well as her great grandson, Brentley

Gates.

She leaves behind her daughters, Donna Burns and Kristie Gates; grandchildren, Phillip

M. Cathey, Courtney Gates, and Amanda Burns; along with her great grandchildren, Jayden

Growden, C.J. Burns, and Mason Growden.

A celebration of Linda's life will be held at 1pm on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Companion Funeral Home the Mack Shelton Parlor. The

family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. She will be laid

to rest following the service at Red Hill Valley Cemetery. Rev. Guinn Green will be

officiating.
