Leo Rex Goins, 93, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at his son's home in Georgetown, Tennessee. Leo retired from the Southern Railway after a long career.
He is survived by his son, Terry Wayne Goins; and his sister, Faye Sain Giddens.
There will be a private memorial service at Lakewood Memorial Gardens East at a later date.
