Leigh Morgan-Luttrell

April 1, 1967 — April 13, 2024

Leigh Ann Morgan-Luttrell of Cleveland, TN, age 57, died Saturday, April 13, 2024 after a long battle with breast cancer.

Leigh Ann was born April 1, 1967 in Dayton, TN, to Carolyn Keylon and Tom Newell. She graduated from Hixson High School in 1985. Leigh Ann retired after years of being a Finance Manager at Lexus of Chattanooga.

Leigh Ann is survived by her husband, Charles "Chuck" Luttrell, her daughter, Savannah Beth Morgan-Kelly, her step-daughter, Tiffany Suits, her mother and father, her grandson, Balem Chitwood, and her granddaughters: Emmalyn, Charlotte, and Julia Kelly.

Leigh Ann loved all things nature. On the weekends you could find her going for a Jeep ride with Chuck or in the yard listening to the birds and wind chimes with her grandbabies. She was a force to be reckoned with but had the biggest heart. Leigh Ann changed everyone's life she encountered. To know her was to love her and to have a forever friend in your corner.

To her grandbabies: She loved you more than life itself and would've given you the world. Whenever you hear the wind in the trees or the birds singing to you, know that's your Yaya/Mamaw telling you she's there. Being your grandmother was her purpose in life and her greatest joy.

To her husband: Chuck, you changed her life for the better. You gave her a love she'd dreamed of her whole life and you gave her so many incredible memories and adventures.

To her Yaya Friends: you are the women she did life with. The women that helped her raise Savannah, helped her get through heart break, gave her strength to get through her toughest battles, and gave her some of her craziest and best memories. She loved you all so dearly.

From her daughter: My momma was the most incredible woman I've ever known. The strongest, bravest, most loving human. She was a fierce light in this world and will be missed more than words could ever describe.

Leigh Ann's public Celebration of Life will be Sunday, April 21st, from 4-7pm at the Rec Hall in Harrison Bay State Park. The family is asking in lieu of flowers, please donate to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in honor of Leigh Ann's fight. https://www.komen.org/how-to-help/donate/individual-giving/
