Laura Wixson Hanson

Laura Wixson Hanson, age 57, of Cleveland, TN passed away on October 18, four months after the passing of her much loved husband, Scott Chatham.

She was preceded in death by her mother Janet Wixson; and is survived by her son, Alfred Hanson, and daughter, Abigail Hanson, step-daughters, Morgan and Taylor Chatham, and father, Steve Wixson.

She was born in Minnesota, raised in Birmingham Alabama, and lived in Tampa, FL, Chattanooga, and Cleveland, TN. She loved all animals especially her dogs. Her hobbies included cooking and knitting. She was a caretaker for the last few years.

A Celebration of Life gathering for both Laura and Scott will be announced soon. Burial will be in Virginia where other Chatham family members are buried.
