Larry Scroggins

Larry Scroggins, 58, a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on Monday July 3, 2017. Larry loved working on cars with his family and loved muddin’ with all of his children. He was a pipe fitter at Accurate Mechanical and Piping Company in Dalton, GA. He will be dearly missed by all that knew him.
He is preceded in death by his father, Roy Scroggins; brother, Michael Scroggins; and grandparents, Jim and Pearl Scroggins and Steve and Roxy Rodgers.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving children, Stephanie Scroggins (Michael Bilbrey), Derek Scroggins (Heather), and Aaron Scroggins (Cassaundra); mother and step-dad, Betty and George Cronnon; grandchildren, Jacob Bilbrey, Austin Bilbrey, Rylee Scroggins, Wayden Scroggins, Keaton Meeks, Kelliann Meeks, Pyper Meeks, Katie Eberle, and Carliann Pike; siblings, Tommy Scroggins (Patricia), Ronnie Scroggins (Nancy), and Darrell Scroggins (Maria); girlfriend, Catherine Riddle; as well as numerous extended family and friends.
The family will be receiving friends from 6:00pm until 8:00pm on Friday July 7, 2017 at Companion Funeral Home, located at 2419 Georgetown Road NW.
A celebration of life service will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday July 8, 2017 at the funeral home with Pastor Wallace Scroggins officiating the service.
Larry will be laid to rest in the Samples Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery following the service on Saturday.
