Larry Jenkins

Larry Jenkins, 66, of Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away August 31, 2022 After a 2 year battle with cancer. He was born on August 27, 1956 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to Paul and Flossie (Taylor) Jenkins. He was of the Baptist Faith and lived most of his life in Rossville, Georgia.

He was preceded in death by his parents Paul Junior Jenkins and Flossie Mae Jenkins , his sister Doris Heard and nephew Jamie Heard.

Larry is survived by his son Gary Hunt, daughter Serina Hunt, 5 grandchildren Wesley Hunt, Keisha Nichols (His Angel), Kelsey Hunt, Kevin Hunt, and Kyle Hunt. 2 Great Grandchildren Alarick and Trinity. His brothers, Sammy Jenkins, Garry (Rhonda) Jenkins, David Jenkins, Tommy Jenkins, and Darrell Jenkins. His sister Sandra McKaig along with several cousins, nephews and nieces. A special thank you to his neice Sharon Jenkins who took care of Larry while he was recovering from his surgeries. She spent many hours and miles doing whatever he needed. Larry loved spending time staying with Sharon, Brother Sammy and her family at her cabin where they enjoyed cookouts and Tennessee Football games.

Larry will be missed by his family and the many friends that he made during the years. He loved them all and enjoyed the time spent with each and every one.

Larry's Family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Hospice of Chattanooga for all the love and care that they gave him during his final days.

There will be no funeral services for Larry, the family is following his wishes.
