Larry Franklin Kaylor, 70. A resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Saturday, June 25th, 2016 at his home.
He was born on January 22nd, 1946 in Benton, TN a son of the late Franklin Kaylor & Rena Trewhitt. He was an honorable discharged veteran of the United States Army. Larry served many years in Polk County Florida in Law Enforcement prior to his retirement back to TN. He held the title as largest recorded catfish catch weighing in at 85 pounds. He also in addition to his fishing enjoyed hunting.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Rick Thurman.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his children Jeffrey Kaylor, Rena Kaylor, Angela Kaylor and Justin Kaylor, six grandchildren, several siblings and numerous other extended family members.
A graveside service is planned for Friday, July 1st, 2016 at 11:30 AM in the Chattanooga National Cemetery and will conclude with military honors.
