Lana Sue Flory-Steward

Lana Sue Flory-Steward, 72, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at Life Care Center of Cleveland. She was born on February 4, 1945 in Kansas City, KS a daughter of the late Ferdinand & Frances Flory. She served in the United States Army and worked locally with the Cleveland City School system until her retirement.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers Donald Flory and Trent Flory and one sister Valerie Flory.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving husband of seventeen years Kenneth H. Steward, three sons Steve Solberg of Missouri, Brian Solberg of Oklahoma and Jonathan Solberg of Wisconsin, two stepsons Jason Steward of Arizona and Jeremy Steward of Colorado, one stepdaughter Tina Steward of California, five grandchildren, nine step grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, one step great grandchild, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
A memorial service celebrating her life is planned for Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown Road in Cleveland, TN with Pastor Guinn Green officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:00 AM until the 1:00 PM service time in the funeral home parlor. A private interment will take place in the Chattanooga National Cemetery at a later date.
