Obituary
Kevin James Crye, 51, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at his residence. Kevin was born here in Cleveland on November 28, 2012 a son of the late Doyle Dean Crye Sr. and has remained a resident of this area his entire life. Kevin was a member of the First Baptist Church. He was a local business owner for many years as a hairdresser. He loved and took great interest in art, nature, and anything of beauty. Kevin will be most remembered however for his love and devotion to his animals, family, and friends.
In addition to his father he is also preceded in death by his grandparents Paul & Barbara Crye and Clarence & Lester Williams.
Kevin leaves here to cherish his memory his loving wife Sandra Crye, mother Bettie Crye Minton and her husband Richard of Lookout Mt., TN, two brothers Keith Crye and Doyle Dean Crye Jr., half sister Kim Lewis and her husband Johnny, half brother Mike Davis, step mother Debbie Baker Crye, dearest friends Don Johnson and Jack R. Johnson, and a host of other extended family members.
A memorial service is planned for Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church located at 1275 Stuart Road NE, Cleveland, TN 37312 with Don Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 11:00 AM until the 1:00 PM service time.
