Kenneth Edwin Anderson, 63, of Bradley County passed away unexpectedly on March 29, 2022. Kenneth was a proud graduate of the Bradley High School class of 1976. He also was a member of Mt. Olive Church of God. Kenneth never met a stranger, and his greatest virtue was found in serving others. If he couldn’t be found, you knew he was in the woods or off in a creek enjoying the great outdoors. Everyone also knew when the Tennessee Volunteers were playing because Kenneth would be dressed head to toe in the brightest orange. His favorite moments were spent with his wife, Dawn, traveling, gardening and enjoying their great adventures.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Anderson, and nephew, Jeremy Anderson.
He leaves behind his wife, Dawn Anderson; son, Carl Anderson (Tabatha); and daughters: Ryan Burge (Brad), Hilary Barrett (Tim), and Jessica Pearce (Shawn); parents, Elaine and Millard "Stoney" Stonecipher; brothers: James Anderson (Debbie), Glenn Anderson (Midori); grandchildren: Chase, Kristin, Hareigh, Christina, Kaylee, Kamryn, Dylin and Blaze; nieces and nephews: Justin, Joy, Jacob, Jacquelyn and Jackie; mother-in-law, Fran Leitner; sister-in-law, Jennifer Douglass (Chris); Uncle Calvin Jones; and Aunt Betty Groomes.
The family will receive friends from 2-3pm on Sunday, April 3, at Mt. Olive Ministries at 3522 Harrison Pike, Cleveland, TN. A celebration of life service will begin at 3pm with Pastor James Sears officiating.
You are invited to share a personal memory of Kenneth or your condolences with his family at his online memorial located at www.companionfunerals.com
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to their Go Fund Me to place a Memorial Plaque on the Greenway.
