Keith "Shorty" Frazier, age 60 went to heaven on Monday night December 9th, 2024, at his residence surrounded by his loving family and friends. In passing his face reflected a countenance of peace that could only be described as Glorious. He was a member of Waterville Baptist Church and a strong Christian man who loved the Lord. When he was asked about his religious preference his answer would be I'm a child of God. His favorite expression is "I love you".
Keith never met a stranger and was always willing to help others in need. Most of all he wanted all his friends to come to know the Lord as their personal savior and live for the King of King's. He was a prayer warrior for anyone in a crisis.
Most of you know of Keith's history in racing at Cleveland Speedway, as well as other tracks in the area. He started his racing career when he was 15 and raced off and on into his late 40s. He enjoyed the racing community and gained many friends throughout the years that he considered family.
He was preceded in death by his dad Gale Frazier, grandparents Leonard and Lela Frazier, Blaine and Loreda Hughes, and Aunt Linda Hughes.
Keith is survived by his mom and stepdad Wanda and Ken Mathews, brother Tim (Jeanette) Frazier nieces and nephews Catherine Frazier, Braxton Brooks, Jennifer (Charlie) Mowery, Nolan Mowery, Keith (Brianna) Gregg, Seth Gregg, Matthew Jenkins, Uncle Jimmy Hughes. special friend and caregiver Amie Miller. The family would like to thank Amie for her devotion and care for Keith. Many cousins and other family members also survive.
Keith requested no visitation or service. We will honor his wishes. If you would like to do something in his honor, please donate to your favorite charity or someone in need.
The family will announce a memorial service at a later date.
