Kay Fern Bowlin Lyles

Kay Fern Lyles, age 82 of Cleveland, passed away Easter Sunday, April 17, 2022 at her home. Born on May 3, 1939 in McMinn County to the late Taylor and Verna Key Bowlin, she lived a majority of her life in Cleveland. She as a 1957 graduate of McMinn County High School and a member of Charity Batist Church in Cleveland. She was a sweet caring person who enjoyed making jewelry, gardening and spending time with her family.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 61 years, Jackie Lyles; son, Tracy Lyles of East Ridge; daughter, Tina Bullard (Doug) of Cleveland; grandson, Joshua Bullard(Maya); great-granddaughters, Kylie, Kaylon, and Kindle Bullard all of Benton; sister, Mary Lynn Slack of Englewood; brother, Martin Bowlin(Kathy) of Athens; dear friends Allen Bowman and Betty Howard; as well as several nieces, nephews, and extended family and a host of friends.
A Celebration of Life and Home going for Kay Fern Bowlin Lyles will be held at 7 PM Thursday, April 21, 2022 from the Charity Baptist Church located at 4000 Dalton Pike, Cleveland TN, with Pastor Allen Burnette officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5PM until the funeral hour at the church.
Private Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
