Kathryn (Kate) Spurgeon, 38 of Ooltewah, TN left this earth peacefully on October 5, 2021. She was born July 9, 1983.
Kate is survived byher husband Adam Spurgeon of Ooltewah, TN, mother Rita Mutka of Chattanooga Tn, Father Michael Mutka, Mother in law Catherine Spurgeon of Ooltewah TN, Sister Cherie(Keith)Miles of Montgomery al, Sister in law Brandy(Chris)Jones of Odenville Al sister in law Katie Spurgeon of Hixson Tn, Nephews Jordan Davis, Cody(Danielle) Davis Great nephew Baker Niece Courtney Jones, Kayson Spurgeon, Nephew Chase Jones great niece and nephew Reece and Cooper Jones
She will be missed by a host of extended family and friends along with her fur babies.
The family is respecting Kates wish of no formal services.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers that donations be made in her honor to an Alzheimer’s association as this was very dear to her heart and was her calling to work with and love her residents.
