Judy Arthur

Judy Arvella Arthur, 70, passed away on February 4, 2025. She was born on November 16, 1954 to the late Earl James and Hester Louise Taylor in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Judy was known to be an all around wonderful person, and an especially loving mother and grandmother. Her career began at Universal Springs, and she later went on to work with carpet at Show Industries. Judy had a special ability to bring a smile to everyone's face, and light up a room.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Linda F. Fairbanks, nephew, Dennis D. Fairbanks, niece, Debbie M. Fairbanks, former husband, Dennis P. Arthur, aunt, Edith Goodner, and Mary Lou Rayburn.

Judy is survived by her children, Roy M. Brooks and Jessica L. Brown, step-son, Dutch Arthur, nephews, Jerry L. and Joey L. Fairbanks, Timmy J. and Jimmy L. Samples, nieces, Gail Watson, Lisa A. Brooks and Mary Samples, grandchildren, Christopher J. and Hunter L. Brown, Adalynn R., Payton S., and Mia M. Samples, cousins, Sonya Ratcliff, Sherry and Brandi Baker, and another grandchild on the way.

The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Companion Funeral Home of Cleveland.
