Judy Adams

Judy Adams passed away November 11, 2023. She was predeceased by her father, James Leonard Armstrong, her son, Daniel W Adams, her mother, Hazel Fern Armstrong, her sister, Alice Thurman and her brother, Robert Roland Armstrong.

She was retired from a family owned retail business where she acquired many friends, both in customers and coworkers, some who she was still recently in touch with after more than two decades. She was married to Robert W Adams for 66 years, as of November 2nd, 2023, and was deeply loved by her three children, Brenda, Danny (deceased), and Barry. She was always very creative, making specially designed birthday cakes for all 3 of her children during their childhood, according to their individual interests, as they were growing up. She loved to sew, crochet, and decorate and paint their home with a personalized sense of style. She encouraged and nurtured her children and their own creativity, always allowing them to use their instincts and personality when painting and decorating their individual rooms. She enjoyed a wide variety of plants outdoors and in her sunroom where she always enjoyed spending time. She had a calm, quiet faith in the Creator, that reassured her children during unsettling times.

Judy is survived by her husband and her two remaining children, her brother Rodney, and younger sister, Linda.

A memorial service honoring her life and the love she gave, will be held Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 3:00pm with visitation from 1:00-3:00pm at Companion Funeral Home And Chapel in Cleveland, TN, 2415 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland TN 37311.
