Judith Irene Henry Long

Judith Irene Henry Long, age 73, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, June 26, 2021. Judy was a devoted member of Brainerd Presbyterian Church for 32 years. She marched with the Southerners at Jacksonville State and finished her degree at UTC in 1988. She worked in the medical field as a surgical tech for most of her life and finished her career as an over the road truck driver. She loved spending time with family and friends, fishing & camping, arts & crafts, and working on a variety of puzzles.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents, Juanita and Downs Henry; brothers, Bishop Henry and Edward Henry; and granddaughter, Jade Hennessee.

Survivors include her siblings: Charlyne (Byron) Bryant, Pat (Prissy) Henry, Hayden (Lisa) Henry; children, Miki (Jeff) Ingram, Scott Long, Tara (Phillip) Hennessee; grandchildren: Blake (Blake) Elsea, Drew (Patrick) Todaro, Michael (Emily) Ingram, Parker Ingram, Kailey Hennessee, Abel Hennessee; great grandchildren: Samuel Elsea, Isaac Elsea, and Piper Todaro.

The family will receive visitors on Sunday, July 18, 2021, from 2-4pm at Brainerd Presbyterian Church, 1624 Jenkins Rd. Chattanooga, Tennessee. A private memorial service will be held at a later time.
