Judith Anne "Judy" Suits-Goins

Obituary
Judith Anne “Judy” Suits-Goins, 61, a resident of Cleveland passed away Tuesday night January 1st, 2013 in a local hospital. Judy a lifelong resident of Cleveland was born here on June 8, 1951 a daughter of the late Sam and Ruth Swetman. Judy was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving mother and grandmother and also a friend and mother figure to all those that crossed her path. Judy loved cooking, crafts, travel and an occasional visit to area flea markets.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by four brothers Freddie Ray Swetman, Sammie Ray Swetman, Lewis Swetman and Billy Swetman.
Judy leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving companion of Twenty Two years Jerry Goins, daughter Carrie Swetman, stepsons Randall Suits and David Suits of Maryland, one sister Emmie Lloyd and two brothers Herbert Swetman and Tommy Lloyd, three grandchildren Kadee Mae Visage, Sky Ann Visage and Cody Dillard Visage, three great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
A celebration of Judy’s life is planned for Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Cleveland First Church of the Nazarene located at 2712 Henderson Avenue NE, Cleveland, TN 37312 with the Reverend Ray Wrinkle and the Reverend David O’Neal officiating. Interment will follow in the Fort Hill Cemetery with Cody Visage, Aaron Jones, Eddie Visage, David Kile, Josh Chastain, Billy Swetman and John Blackburn serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends on Friday night, January 4th, 2013 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the church and also one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
