Obituary
Judith Ann Cook Provine went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013. She will be missed by all of us. It is comforting to know she is now reunited with friends and family in Heaven including her mother, Mary Louise “Mutsy” Cook; father, Ray Cook, and grandparents, aunts and uncles. Judy loved sewing, cooking, gardening and flowers, fishing, basketball and making memories with family and friends. Her life was dedicated to and revolved around children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She always made holidays and birthday celebrations special for the family especially the children. She is survived by husband, Don Provine; children, Terri Provine and Michael (Rebecca) Provine; grandchildren, Jordan, Loren, Shane, Elijah, Isaac, Aidan, Teagan and Canaan; great-grandchildren, Adalyn and Ian; her brothers, Larry (Danita) Cook, Randy (Teresa) Cook and sister, Marilee (David) Neal.We deeply appreciate our Church Family who has been so supportive. Thank you for your prayers and acts of kindness during the past few years. Words cannot express what you have meant to us. A celebration of Judy’s life will be held Saturday, Oct. 5, at The Family Church in Dayton. Visitation will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. and the service at 6 p.m. presided by Pastors Darryl Smith, Mike Justice and Alan and Terri Crider.
