Obituary
Joyce Marie Kibler, 69, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Saturday afternoon, February 14th, 2015 in a local hospital. She was born in Cleveland on July 3rd, 1945 a daughter of the late John R. Ledford and Pauline Kerr Balinger. Joyce was retired from Lamar McKenzie State Farm Insurance. She enjoyed reading, cats, crafts and was a very talented cook. Joyce was also an avid follower of the latest current events.
Joyce was preceded in death by her step-father, Albert Balinger.
Joyce leaves behind to cherish her memory one daughter and son-in-law Marisa & Franklin Elmore, one son Slade Scoggins, one grandson Grayson Elmore and his wife Ellen, one great grandson Orion Elmore, siblings Donald Ledford (Wilby), Randy Balinger (Marla), Tony Balinger (Pam) and Jeff Balinger (Susan), numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
A memorial service is planned for Saturday, February 21st, 2015 at 4:00 PM at the Mt. Olive Ministries located at 3522 Harrison Pike with the Reverend Steve Miller and the Reverend John Ledford officiating.
The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday afternoon from 2:00 PM until the 4:00 PM service time.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to Mt. Olive Ministries or the charity of your choice in Joyces memory.
